Lou Hanoute - President & Founder
Lou has been in the telecommunications industry since 1995. He has been consulting with businesses around the country, independent from carriers, for 10 years and has overseen telecom audit projects generating millions in savings overall corporations. His passion behind the business model at Novius is to support clients in a way that carriers don't have the time or staff to do, while delivering the software tools like TelecomManager. He has a great understand for the industry and where it is headed and has developed a team of support staff and engineers to assist in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Lou received a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Lou resides in Kalamazoo, MI with his wife and children.
Matt Lepkowski - Chief Systems Architect
Matt is responsible for setting up the information management strategy and tactical targets for the TelecomManager application. Matt brings over 18 years of software development and information systems integration experience. Educated at Kettering University with an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, he has been able to leverage knowledge of various industries to break through the technical hurdles in delivering a world-class application for our partners and clients. Matt resides in Somerville, NJ with his family.
Caleb Licavoli - Corporate Support
Caleb is responsible for overseeing several of our managed clients and projects that Novius works with on a daily basis. His focus is to ensure that clients telecommunication services are billing properly and at competitive pricing. He is also instrumental in working closely with carriers across the country to negotiate new agreements and implement savings on our clients behalf.
Julie Warner - Corporate Support
Julie is responsible for overseeing several of our managed clients and projects that Novius works with on a daily basis. Her focus is to set up and train our clients and partners on TelecomManager and to ensure that they are utilizing TelecomManager they way it is designed. She is also responsible for the marketing delivery of TelecomManager and awareness of new features that are being deployed.
Kathy Craig - Chicago Regional Account Manager
Kathy is responsible for engaging new clients with Novius services and managing the relationship to ensure that all of their telecommunications needs are met. She has several years experience is client relationships and is responsible for managing clients and partners in the Chicago region.
